Special Salad Blend
Known in France as "SALAGOU" which is the combination of the 2 french words for Salad and Taste.
One of the easiest blend to use, just sprinkle it on salads or let it sit in olive oil then use that marinade to make a vinaigrette. 1 teaspoon per serving.
You can also let the blend sit in olive oil, then use this oil as a salad dressing.
We recommend 3 tablespoon per ½ litter of olive oil.
