You can also add it to olive oil. 3 tablespoon for ½ liter of olive oil, keep in the fridge, wait 1 week then use that preparation as a rub or as cooking oil.
For a stronger taste let your meat sit overnight in the fridge in a freezer bag with that marinade. Enjoy!
