To use directlty sprinkled or infused in olive oil for broilled, pan seared, grilled or
papillote fish dishes .Description: For "papillote" (individual serving):
- Place the fish in an aluminium foil, on the side.
- Add 1 tablespoon of the blend in a bowl with olive oil and lemon juice then brush the fish with that marinade.
- Close the aluminum foil in a tent shape (papillote) so it has room to steam inside.
- Place in a preheated oven at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes depending on the size and thickness of the fish.
