Rouille is the flavorful spread that accompanies authentic, traditional French bouillabaisse. It gets its name from the French word for rust and its fiery flavor and color from red chiles and saffron. This dry mix allows you to prepare a rouille exactly to your own liking.
Use: Made with paprika, garlic, mustard, tomato, chili, salt, and other herbs and spices including 3% saffron, this powder can be added to a ready-made or homemade mayonnaise and used to top the croutons or bread in your bouillabaisse.
