This traditional and Classic Rooibos is grown only in a small area, 80-kilometers, in South Africa. Great iced or hot our Rooibos has a somewhat “earthy” tone which some people think taste similar to black tea. Rooibos, unlike other herbs, does contain antioxidants.
How to:
- Use 1.5 teaspoons of tea per 8oz of water
- Heat water to 208 degrees and steep for 5-6 minutes
